Internship – Who Can Volunteer with Us?
We’re looking for dedicated, passionate individuals who are ready to make a meaningful impact by participating in Internship activities while gaining valuable international experience in Tanzania.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Age: 18 years and above
- Commitment: Minimum stay of 2 weeks (3 weeks or more highly recommended for deeper impact)
- Credentials: Proof of academic or professional training relevant to your field
- Flexibility: Willingness to take on diverse roles and adapt to community needs
- Work Ethic: Hardworking, reliable, and able to work both independently and in teams
- Mindset: Positive, proactive, and open to cultural exchange
Your Involvement Depends On:
– Program duration
The length of your stay plays a key role in shaping your experience. Short-term volunteers may support basic tasks and observe project activities, while longer stays allow for deeper involvement, more responsibility, and stronger relationships with local communities.
– Training/expertise level
Your academic background, professional training, and practical skills determine the type of tasks you will be assigned. Volunteers with specialized knowledge may take on more technical roles, while beginners are guided and supported as they learn.

Internship Application
Work Schedule
– Commitment: Minimum 1 week (2+ preferred)
– Hours: 3-4 hours/day, Monday–Friday (morning or afternoon)
– Location: Projects may be walkable or require public transport
Expectations vary by project—some days are busy, others depend on field needs. Flexibility is essential!
